Upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport, students will be greeted by our representative and transferred to their hotel. The evening is free for relaxation or exploring the vibrant surroundings of the city. Students can acclimatize themselves and prepare for the adventures ahead.
After breakfast, the group embarks on a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. Key highlights include the historical Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, the serene Boudhanath Stupa, and the picturesque Monkey Temple (Swayambhunath). After the tour, students will have free time for shopping and acquiring necessary trekking gear.
The day begins with breakfast, followed by a drive to the Trisuli River for a thrilling white-water rafting experience lasting about three hours. After enjoying a picnic lunch at a beach resort, the group continues their journey to Pokhara, a city renowned for its stunning natural beauty.
The group sets off early for Nayapul, where they begin their trek to Tikhedunga. This easy trek takes them through charming villages and settlements, allowing students to experience local culture. The day culminates in reaching Tikhedunga, where they will spend the night.
Today’s trek begins with a steep ascent for the first two hours before leveling off. The route passes through Ulleri and Banthanti, offering stunning views of the majestic Annapurna mountain range. Students will enjoy the diverse flora, including beautiful rhododendron trees, as they approach Ghorepani.
The day starts early with a hike to Poon Hill, renowned for its breathtaking sunrise views over the Himalayas. After capturing the stunning scenery, the group returns to Ghorepani for breakfast and continues their trek to Tadapani, where they will experience the beauty of rhododendron forests.
The trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk is gentle and pleasant, with students descending through lush forests filled with birdsong. Ghandruk is a prominent Gurung village where students can visit a handicraft center and Gurung museum while enjoying views of the Annapurna peaks.
On the last day of trekking, the group descends gently through rice fields and local villages, reaching Nayapul. After a celebratory trek, students will drive back to Pokhara, where they can unwind and reflect on their trekking experiences.
After breakfast, the group embarks on a scenic drive to Chitwan National Park. Once they arrive and check into their jungle lodge, they will explore a nearby Tharu village, immersing themselves in the local culture and lifestyle.
Students will enjoy a full day of exciting jungle activities, including jungle walking, an elephant back safari, and canoe rides. They will also visit the elephant breeding center and witness a captivating Tharu cultural dance performance in the evening.
Following breakfast, the group will take part in a bird-watching tour before driving back to Kathmandu. This journey allows students to appreciate the diverse wildlife of Nepal one last time before concluding their adventures.
On the final day, students will be transferred to the international airport for their departure flight. The tour concludes with fond memories of their experiences, adventures, and the breathtaking landscapes of Nepal. The hope is that they will return home with stories to share and a desire to visit Nepal again in the future.
